When does my subscription renew?

Your subscription will renew monthly or annually after the subscription start date.

You can check your subscription details and invoices by following these steps:

1- Log in to your Chatai.com account.

2- Click on  “Settings” in the bottom right corner of the page where you will find information about your account.

3- Click on "Invoices" and check your renewal date.
